Our Story
Bigger Pictures Consulting was born out of the trials and tribulations of two colleagues who came together for a greater purpose. Understanding that no two communities are identical, James and Doug partnered to identify needs within their organization, cultivate belonging, and address inequity.
James and Doug founded Bigger Pictures, LLC to create a platform that would not only educate, but foster a positive space where people are empowered to use differences as tools to create stronger communities.
